Be careful! Gloria Cogdale assisted us in a purchase but she was very disorganized and not truthful with the original agreement. I will never do business with them again.
Sally Corrigan is the worst realtor ever.. she failed to tell us of showing. I had a male realtor show up and walk in my home while i was showering because she set up a showing and didnt tell me about it. She tried turning my ex husband and me against each other when we already were not getting along obviously. She allowed the buyers realtor access to our house on numerous occasions without telling me. Didnt not handle situations with the buyers like she shouldve. For a month they had mail coming to my house and people stopping by ad even tho i complained to her she NEVER addressed it with their realtor to put a stop to it.. would never deal with them again.. please for your santity dont deal with her. Ive filed a offical complaint with the realtor association as well...
